Wisler is always our first call for plumbing or HVAC issues at our home. Their employees are always well trained, courteous and neat. They are experts in their field for sure. They explain the issue in detail and give us all options for correction, along with the price for each. They can answer any questions we may have and help us decide what fix is best for us. It’s not always the most expensive. They do not try to sell you things you don’t need. We have been happy customers for many years now. Isaiah recently came to fix a toilet issue we had. He had it completed and working again in no time. As usual, we were very pleased. We recommend Wisler all the time.

The experience with Marlin from Wisler was great. From the beginning i could tell i could trust him and his expertise. We sorted out the issues and got my gas line ran and a leak fixed. When my water heater acted up after he left, he came back and knew what was wrong right away -an easy fix with the pilot light. We scheduled a water heater install with them asap as well. Very good service at the office and by the technician. The price was stated up front, but it wasnt cheap…but i felt like he and the team/company are trustworthy.

Our whole house water, which was located under the landing, leading upstairs, had sprung a leak flooding the foyer. We called Whistler plumbing after lunch, and they worked hard to have s technician out before the end of the day. Within an hour, A technician was on his way. After sizing up the job, Jalen provided three options,, of which the middle option of using the new filter we had already purchased. Jalen did a fine job of relocating the filter from underneath the landing to the downstairs bedroom closet, making it much easier to change out filters. He was friendly and courteous, while completing his work in a couple of hours. I will call on Whistler, plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

Both Ben and Miguel were super friendly, efficient, and professional. They completed the two installs in less time than was estimated, and took measures to keep me informed of any possible issues. I cannot recommend Wisler enough! They are absolutely THE BEST, in my opinion, as well as my personal experience. They came on time for scheduled appointment and gave very detailed explanation of what would be done and graciously gave a possible time frame of when they would finish (which, by the way, was accurate). They (3 of them) came in cleaned up after putting down supplies to cover floors, etc. They replaced all items back where they belonged and wiped down all surroundings. Very pleasant guys and I was very pleased with their response and work.

My well pump went out on Friday night. Wisler was fast to schedule a technician to come troubleshoot my problem. Myca was very good at explaining everything to me. When he came the next day to replace my well pump, he was excellent at keeping me informed of little issues that occured from the the cold and probably previous service techs. I left a 1 star review in the past and see that it has been removed. I would have given a zero but not optional. They lied to my insurance company which cost me to not receive help. They tried to get me to let them dig a well or in a water pump system for over $1,000. All I needed was my water pump fixed or replaced from a lighting strike. It tripped all my breakers but they said there was no lighting strike.🤔 Then how did ALL the breakers get tripped. I’m not stupid. My dad was an electrician.

This is my first experience hiring a team from Wisler & I am very happy. The initial technician took great care to cover all my current & possible future needs then focus on my most pressing… a new water heater. I was offered multiple options & was able to choose the one which fit my budget, timeframe of service, & scope of work. The service technicians arrived on time as scheduled & communications were timely as well. The 2 man team preformed their tasks keeping me updated as the project went along.

So I had recently left a poor review on my service as I felt it was way overpriced. But, the owner took time to call me and explain the price points for certain tasks and even insisted on refunding the job as they strive for customer satisfaction. I'm very impressed by the owner taking time and talking me through it and especially not being defensive on any level. Professional and polite to say the least. I had originally posted that this company is overpriced and will take advantage of people. "Open mouth, insert foot". I'm so impressed with the way Wisler handled this situation that I absolutely will use them for any future home needs. In hindsight, I think it's also beneficial for customers to research the average cost of a job prior to initiating a service request. I highly recommend this company. We requested emergency, after hours service request due to a blockage in our plumbing late in the day. Wisler took our information quickly. They provided a timeframe when the technician would arrive. The technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly during that time frame. Jeremy stepped us thru exactly what he was going to do. He was friendly, kind, engaging and worked efficiently. Cameron and his assistant showed right on time they were courteous and professional. They went right to work on my clogged kitchen drain. It turned out to be quite stubborn but they stayed right at it until they got it unclogged. They were here over 3 hours and I was only charged the $99.00 clogged drain fee. Cameron made suggestions on maintenance to help prevent this issue from reoccurring. He also inspected other areas of my plumbing and made helpful suggestions. To James and Brian - y’all are blessed to have this team of All Stars. Cameron and Joe arrived within an hour of my call and had our sewage woes washed away (literally). Couldn't possibly be more disappointed. If only there was a '0' star option......They sent a very inexperienced technician to deal w/ a somewhat complicated tankless water heater problem. Literally, there was nothing he said or did that we didn't already know. Did not have the skill set to attempt a wiring repair. Technician made a statement about the unit providing heat electrically, at which point I told him it was natural gas and had to point out the gas pipes feeding into the unit. He also didn't know how to turn the unit on, so I had to show him. I'M A GIRL. He should know more about this than me. Please keep in mind that all pertinent facts (wiring, tankless, natural gas) were relayed to the dispatcher when I asked for the service call. Now they want to sell me a $7500+ new unit. No way, Jose, would I trust these people to put in a new unit. Will not call Wisler again unless I'm 100% absolutely desperate. Paid him the $99 service fee and sent him on his way.

We needed to replace the faucet in our kitchen. I purchased a Moen brand that was made just like what we have from Lowes. I thought I could replace it myself but ran into a problem removing the old one so we called Wisler. They responded that they could have someone there the next day and it would be a $99 service fee plus whatever we agreed to. When the tech arrived the next morning at 8:55, he took until 10:24 " assessing our needs". He proposed that we spend $1700 and have him install a faucet that he had. My wife declined. He then said one of the valves under the sink needed to be replaced. His proposal was $400 to replace the $19 valve. My wife declined. He finally got started on replacing the faucet after being there an hour and a half. It took him 30 minutes to remove the old one and over an hour to install the new one. I don't know why it took so long. The valve he said was leaking was not leaking when I was looking under the sink, so I don't know what caused it to leak but if I need to have it replaced I'll call another plumber. His bill for replacing the faucet was $400. I should have let Lowes send someone out. They quoted $190 to do the replacement, but after I had contacted Wisler I went on with them. Never again. The tech went into the basement to turn off the main valve into our house and left the panel loose and evidently took the screws holding the plate on with him. I think it was a sales tactic to turn off the whole house. After having an appointment between 8 and 9, Blake was at our home until after 12:00 to switch a faucet. I guess that is how he justifies his fee. I don't know if this process is the company policy or just this tech, but we will never request any service from Wisler.

Ron’s maintenance visit this morning was to install a part for our furnace that had been ordered after a service inspection a few weeks ago. Just as before Ron was very courteous and professional. He installed the part in a timely manner and had our furnace up and operating quickly.

We have used Wisler in the past and found the technicians to be friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I had Wisler replace all of my copper plumbing approximately ten years ago due to a leak under the concrete slab. They did a great job. I recently had them out to replace a leaking outdoor hose bib that was leaking after the winter. They showed up on time and with an apprentice which did most of the work. They charged me over $ 600.00 for the work that took them fifteen minutes, and the parts were less than ten dollars. I own a business in the area and will never recommend or use them again. I have a customer base in the area of over 3000 customers and was shocked at the cost to do this repair!
I have always recommended businesses that I work with personally to my customers if asked for referrals, Wisler is off this list.

I can not say enough good things about Wisler.
Last year we had some plumbing done in a separate two car garage on our property by a company that clearly had no idea what they were doing. Or they didn't care how they did it. Whichever, it led to horrible flooding in the building after heavy rains.
I called Wisler and they sent out Mr. Blake Anderson. First, for what that poor man had to endure on his visit here he deserves a raise. Water and dirt had come up into the space out of the shower, toilet, and two sinks; to say it was horrible is an understatement. After hours of work to determine what on earth could have happened, Blake provided us with the cause, the plan to fix it and a cost estimate. Despite the disgusting environment presented to him, Blake was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional the entire visit. He allowed us to watch the camera feed so we could better understand what he was talking about with regard to the pipes, and presented us with a solution that made sense.
We will definitely call Wisler again for any future issues that arise.

Plumber Josh Hall visited us today and prepared estimates for re-plumbing our 75-yr. old home and several options. He did a thorough inspection and documented his findings. He reviewed them with us to ensure we understood the details and answered several questions we had before leaving. Very satisfied!

Milee visited this afternoon (8-12-25) to test our water and discuss the installation of a water softener. She tested our water to demonstrate the hardness of our city water. We had Darrell, one of the electrician's at Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric come out and look at our job in getting electric into our greenhouse. Darrell had put in our electric for the hot tub several years earlier and we were impressed with him then....as we are now. He's kind, attentive, listens to what our needs out, asks questions to elaborate on the job, and besides, our white Golden Retriever, Gracie, just LOVES Darrell!!! Our dog is excellent at researching out 'good' humans from those who haven't reached that lofty goal yet. She followed him around, tried to pick up his pack (too heavy for her, but she tried) and we all got a good laugh over that, too) 😉 Darrell is so sharp. He "gets" what we want and you can see him turning it into an electrical job and then he asks us other questions based upon that. Both parties knew what they were going after. We're thrilled that he and his brother, who will be the assistant on the job, will be here on 7.30.2025. I'll have chocolate chip cookies, cold water (it's 93F here with 95% humidity...ugh...it's the South!!!). There's just no one better in Henry Count of SW Virginia, than this group. If we need plumbing or heating? We will be calling Wistler! 6 STARS to the whole team...they were very nice and kind and efficient!

Our water went out completely in the afternoon and we were able to get an appointment with a technician early the following morning. Zach and his apprentice were incredibly professional, thorough, and kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process. I was given three repair options and they even tailored my choice to make the repair fit into my price bracket. The repair looked great and everything runs perfectly. From arrival to repair completion they were done in only three hours and I’m so grateful to have our water restored so quickly! Definitely will be calling them again for additional repairs we need or any time we need services in the future!

Wisler Plumbing provided OUTSTANDING support for our home in July 2025. They gave us advance notice of their arrival, showed up on time, and quickly assessed our needs and set about with repairs at a very good price! Their rep (Jeremy) was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He identified the problem, made the repair, and provided an optional suggestion that further improved our situation. Jeremy did a great job without complaint while the outside temperatures were very high and uncomfortable. Had a complete HVAC system installed today. I am very pleased with the system so far. Especially pleased with the look of the outside air conditioning unit and the quietness of it. 5 stars for Isaiah who quoted and fixed the leak. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a Marine Corps veteran! He was not pushy about products or recommended repairs, simply gave the information and allowed me to make my own informed decision.
Toward Wisler it was all around a pleasant experience, setting up the appointment was easy and they were even able to come out earlier than expected.
Pricing is definitely expensive if you have anything other than a minor repair. $100 dollars to just come assess is steep.

Wisler sent Nick Freeman to check my heating system. I have lived in my home since 2019 and Nick was the first one who told me I actually have 2 filters not just one!
I have had my unit serviced several times but no one ever looked closely enough to discover the 2 filters instead of one. Nick took his time was thorough and explained everything so I could understand the issues!

Marlin, and his partner, were on time (in a snowstorm no less) and exceptional. I am building a hostel, and jumping through hoops to get things done before opening, and these two were a breath of fresh air. The amount of calls I’ve made to contractor and plumbers etc. has left me underwhelmed and annoyed. Having these two be straight forward, friendly, prompt, and personable was something I haven’t seen in a while. Well done Wisler, for hiring these two. I called Wisler on Monday, November 25th, and Stephanie answered with a smile and set up a technician to help with a slowly draining toilet and tub. Cody J. came out two days later. He was right on time, professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and helping customers. He found the problem within minutes and performed a solution that should keep us going for a while.

Wisler also gets high marks for paying attention to the safety and security of their customers. Stephanie informed me during the call that the technicians are all drug screened, and that he would arrive in a Wisler truck and wearing a Wisler uniform. We were obviously very confident in Cody's authenticity.

This was my first experience with Wisler, and it was a very positive one. Prompt service, we knew the cost up front, and got a technician with a great attitude. Thanks very much for your help!

EDIT: I made a second call to Wisler when we bought a new refrigerator. I wasn't happy with the 20+ year old PEX tubing and existing saddle tap, so Isaiah came out to completely re-do the fixtures under the kitchen sink. He gave me four estimates to choose from which were all within code, allowing me to select the price and amount of work I wanted. It has been over two months now, and I'm still very happy with the work. All of the taps under the sink now have new shut-off valves, and the line feeding the refrigerator works perfectly and with plenty of flow. This was a difficult job due to the cramped space, and I appreciate Isaiah's attention to detail!

Had a great experience with Wisler today, they had the water heater replaced in 2019 and today just about 5 years later, there was a leak coming from the top of the unit. The team (Josh and Ryan) were very professional and they told me the unit was actually under warranty. They replaced the unit and added an expansion tank to the unit. I used Wisler because of the ads I see on local weatherman Jamey Singleton. I must say I was impressed by the level of professionalism and standing behind their warranty. While not the cheapest around, they are definitely some of the better ones around.

I have been excited to get my blown insulation done for a while now. Due to the weather Wisler had to move my appointment but did a good job of letting me know as soon as they knew. They tentatively gave me Wednesday but reached back out to let me know they could get out today. Tim was friendly and professional and took great care of my home. If I didn’t stick my head in my attic I would never have been able to tell they were here. They were done in about 4-5 hours which I also appreciated so I did not have someone in my home all day long. I knew of Wisler Plumbing from previous contacts but had never needed to call them. They came relatively quickly and gave 3 solid options for my issue (a surprise $600 water bill from Aqua!). Repaired toilets, installed pressure regulator, reserve tank and repaired three leaks in the line from the street. This team was polite, prompt and professional… which is amazing given this occurred over the holidays. They took precautions to not damage property or leave dirt in our home.
