Excellent service from Wisler. Herman was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Also very thorough. Always a pleasure having these guys providing any kind of service. Everything they’ve ever done has been top quality and reasonably priced.

My unit was not cooling and my outside unit was making weird noises. I called them at 8 AM. They had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in before 11 AM.
They were able to troubleshoot and fix my issue in less than an hour
12/10 recommend
Not to mention Having an actual person on the other end of the phone when you call
Now that’s good customer service

I was quoted $1, 800 to place a pressure reducing valve because the plumber said the pressure was over 100 when came over. I declined and my regular plumber sent me a photo showing me the pressure was under 90.

I'm addition, he said he reason my toilet filled and backed up was the water pressure, when in fact I called Roanoke County first thing Monday and it was actually a water main break..
