We had Kevin and Jonathan come and check the plumbing. Patrick came to check the electrical. Taylor came to check the HVAC.
This was for the yearly check.
First, the yearly check is awesome.
It stays on top of things and finds issues before they become problems.
Second, everyone sent today was professional, thorough, kind and informative.
Suggestions were submitted for our review.
Love the three tier options when it comes to repairs!

We were sent a text this morning with our Technician’s Picture & his Bio. Then we were sent a text when he was on his way, he also called & spoke with my Wife. Nick was on Punctual, Friendly & Knowledgeable! He quickly assessed the situation. Gave 3 price points based on what was needed. Did the work & cleaned up afterwards. We are Renters & have been at this Property almost 12 years. We are blessed with our Landlords! They have had us use Wisler several times. Every time they leave you with a feeling of things done right & their Team Members all representing the Wisler Way……”Thank You Dad” indeed!

Initial response speed and service was excellent as well as responding technician's professionalism.
However having to wait an additional two weeks with a disconnected shower/tub is an unacceptable state to leave a customer with because they waited until a new hot water heater had been delivered to Wisler before deciding to fix the shower.
The price was unexpected and I feel that it could have been better explained especially since I had received no calls on the status during the wait.

We were very pleased with the speed with which Whistler responded to our need. Our service technician Austin Shumatewas extremely polite and knowledgeable, very professional and kind explained what he was going to do and what was wrong with our current equipment. He installed the new equipment in record time, tested it and made sure it was working. I would definitely use Whistler again and definitely ask for technician Austin Shumate.

This is the first time that I have contacted Wistler; they were very quick to answer, set up an appointment, and were very professional. The day they were scheduled, I received a Text with a picture of the technician, showing me who would be doing the work. I really appreciate the safety this gives. Ben was our technician and

Very pleased. The technician Christian was in constant communication, from before his arrival, till his departure, as I was not home during the repair. The technician explained the necessary repairs and suggested maintenance in a very easy to understand manner, and supplied before and after photos of his work. Couldn’t be more pleased with the services received.

No water coming from well. Replaced well pump and water tank that had a leak. Called and was greeted by Angela. She was very friendly and efficient. We had service scheduled quickly and we were kept updated on arrival time of technicians. Fast, friendly, professional service from all! Highly recommend!

Exceptional communication and service! We had an emergency situation on the weekend and Matt from Wisler was on the spot Sunday to take care of us. Our drainage issue was repaired, and great care was taken to make sure everything was back to normal. Matt also provided an assessment of the overall health of our homes plumbing and pointed out areas that might need attention.
Great people and company to work with. Highly recommended!

We are needing some repairs to our air flow system, called Wisler, we have used them before for our water heater,
technician Matt D. and they were at our home the next morning. Great Service, our air flow issue is in good hands.
Professional technician, Dustin P, answered & addressed all questions, and this is why we go to Wisler for our service needs.
Would definitely recommend Wisler if you have any issues in your home.

Both Ben and Miguel were super friendly, efficient, and professional. They completed the two installs in less time than was estimated, and took measures to keep me informed of any possible issues. I cannot recommend Wisler enough! They are absolutely THE BEST, in my opinion, as well as my personal experience. I have also had great experiences with Caleb and Brandon, each of which provided services included with my Diamond Club membership. Class act all around!!!

There were a team of men that showed up to do our job of hooking up our whole house generator. They worked in the cold for hours. They did a fantastic job. Not only were they knowledgeable, professional but also friendly. I would recommend Wisler Plumbing To anybody wanting a great company with great service. Exceptional customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I had recently left a poor review on my service as I felt it was way overpriced. But, the owner took time to call me and explain the price points for certain tasks and even insisted on refunding the job as they strive for customer satisfaction. I'm very impressed by the owner taking time and talking me through it and especially not being defensive on any level. Professional and polite to say the least. I had originally posted that this company is overpriced and will take advantage of people. "Open mouth, insert foot". I'm so impressed with the way Wisler handled this situation that I absolutely will use them for any future home needs. In hindsight, I think it's also beneficial for customers to research the average cost of a job prior to initiating a service request. I highly recommend this company. They care about their service and overall customer satisfaction. Thank you!!!!!

He kept me updated on his arrival time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace, and clearly explained what was wrong and how he would repair it. The service technician was polite, articulate and knowledgeable. I had a plumbing service request and was very satisfied. The billing rates initially seemed a bit high but it’s apparent there is a significant investment in training, equipment, and office support to deliver/render a 5 star.

Cameron and his assistant showed right on time they were courteous and professional. They went right to work on my clogged kitchen drain. It turned out to be quite stubborn but they stayed right at it until they got it unclogged. They were here over 3 hours and I was only charged the $99.00 clogged drain fee. Cameron made suggestions on maintenance to help prevent this issue from reoccurring. He also inspected other areas of my plumbing and made helpful suggestions. When they were done they thanked me for allowing them to serve me. Great job! Thank you.

Mica came out today to give us an estimate on a new water heater for our farmhouse. He was very thorough, personable, and informative. Really appreciate his time and expertise. We are still in the decision making process, but everything has been great from Wisler so far!

Couldn't possibly be more disappointed. If only there was a '0' star option......They sent a very inexperienced technician to deal w/ a somewhat complicated tankless water heater problem. Literally, there was nothing he said or did that we didn't already know. Did not have the skill set to attempt a wiring repair. Technician made a statement about the unit providing heat electrically, at which point I told him it was natural gas and had to point out the gas pipes feeding into the unit. He also didn't know how to turn the unit on, so I had to show him. I'M A GIRL. He should know more about this than me. Please keep in mind that all pertinent facts (wiring, tankless, natural gas) were relayed to the dispatcher when I asked for the service call. Now they want to sell me a $7500+ new unit. No way, Jose, would I trust these people to put in a new unit. Will not call Wisler again unless I'm 100% absolutely desperate. Paid him the $99 service fee and sent him on his way.

Wisler plumbing was a turnkey dream come true. Dustin was prompt, informative, transparent and flexible. We sought options for pricing a new well water system versus updating the existing system. He gave us a comprehensive diagnosis of what's best to update the existing system and what cost would be incurred for a completely new installation. We felt confident in the guidance he provided and were able to make that informed choice which has been a great decision for our home.

Wisler has done it again! I had Hunter out from HVAC today and he was an amazing technician! He unfortunately found a big issue but he delivered the news in a way that left me feeling assured that my problem would be taken care of and I was in good hands! Wisler has replaced two toilets for me now as well as some electrical work. Every technician that has entered my home has been clean, polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable of their trades! I had Wisler replace all of my copper plumbing approximately ten years ago due to a leak under the concrete slab. They did a great job. I recently had them out to replace a leaking outdoor hose bib that was leaking after the winter. They showed up on time and with an apprentice which did most of the work. They charged me over $ 600.00 for the work that took them fifteen minutes, and the parts were less than ten dollars. I own a business in the area and will never recommend or use them again. I have a customer base in the area of over 3000 customers and was shocked at the cost to do this repair!
I have always recommended businesses that I work with personally to my customers if asked for referrals, Wisler is off this list.

The crew that came to install our HVAC system and update our electrical panel was excellent. German , Casey, Dylan, John and Cody. We’re all very professional but yet friendly and very helpful and extremely polite. Answering all questions and taking their time and doing a very great job. Shawn arrived on time and was so professional and courteous. He installed a water softening system for our home and a reverse osmosis unit under the sink in the kitchen. We had a very slow kitchen drain so we called them and scheduled an appointment. Jeremy showed up on time and in no time had us fixed. We have underlying problems and he explained all our options and prices to repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable with ever aspect of the visit. Great person to deal with! We had Darrell, one of the electrician's at Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric come out and look at our job in getting electric into our greenhouse. Darrell had put in our electric for the hot tub several years earlier and we were impressed with him then....as we are now. He's kind, attentive, listens to what our needs out, asks questions to elaborate on the job, and besides, our white Golden Retriever, Gracie, just LOVES Darrell!!! Our dog is excellent at researching out 'good' humans from those who haven't reached that lofty goal yet. She followed him around, tried to pick up his pack (too heavy for her, but she tried) and we all got a good laugh over that, too) 😉 Darrell is so sharp. He "gets" what we want and you can see him turning it into an electrical job and then he asks us other questions based upon that. Both parties knew what they were going after. We're thrilled that he and his brother, who will be the assistant on the job, will be here on 7.30.2025. I'll have chocolate chip cookies, cold water (it's 93F here with 95% humidity...ugh...it's the South!!!). There's just no one better in Henry Count of SW Virginia, than this group. If we need plumbing or heating? We will be calling Wistler! 6 STARS to the whole team...they were very nice and kind and efficient!

Wisler Plumbing provided OUTSTANDING support for our home in July 2025. They gave us advance notice of their arrival, showed up on time, and quickly assessed our needs and set about with repairs at a very good price! Their rep (Jeremy) was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He identified the problem, made the repair, and provided an optional suggestion that further improved our situation. Jeremy did a great job without complaint while the outside temperatures were very high and uncomfortable. He finished, cleaned up the area, and charged a very fair price and great value for his efforts. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!!

I'm a very happy customer. Cameron arrived within 2 hours of my call (and I don't live close.) He was super nice, and highly competent. He got my complicated drainage problem corrected, along with several other plumbing issues. Another person came out the next day to install the toilet I ordered (special color). The pricing was fair. Great service! I was able to speak to someone about my fan unit outside not working over the weekend right after a huge ice storm. They walked me through some emergency setting until Dustin could get out that Monday and quickly fix the issue. I couldn’t be happier or warmer!

Wisler sent Nick Freeman to check my heating system. I have lived in my home since 2019 and Nick was the first one who told me I actually have 2 filters not just one!
I have had my unit serviced several times but no one ever looked closely enough to discover the 2 filters instead of one. Nick took his time was thorough and explained everything so I could understand the issues!
I am so impressed with Wisler and team I will never use anyone else!

Kevin was superb. Worked relentlessly until dripping faucet problem was solved. Kept us posted on progress during a four hour visit. Pleasant throughout. He was here two days before for Diamond Club free plumbing inspection and dealt with some water heater issues. Pleased with his recommendations-- not at all excessive.
