My unit was not cooling and my outside unit was making weird noises. I called them at 8 AM. They had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in before 11 AM.
They were able to troubleshoot and fix my issue in less than an hour
12/10 recommend

I was quoted $1, 800 to place a pressure reducing valve because the plumber said the pressure was over 100 when came over. I declined and my regular plumber sent me a photo showing me the pressure was under 90.

I'm addition, he said he reason my toilet filled and backed up was the water pressure, when in fact I called Roanoke County first thing Monday and it was actually a water main break..
